Hello Tripawds Community. I wanted to add an update to our last post regarding getting Rex rescued. Peppy Pets Rescue is a great place in Paradise, TX (about 70 miles west of Dallas area). The woman who owns/runs the place does a great job and she also hires volunteers to come alongside to help.

I will mention that there is minimal adoption traffic at this rescue operation due to remote/rural location. I would estimate that she has 75 or so dogs at least. She works with rescues in other states but all are full (and we’d really like to see him go to his forever home rather than another rescue stop).

Hello friends. We wanted to let you know that sweet Rex has been rescued to a rescue. We are grateful for this although we must say we miss him!

Thank you to Peppy Pets Rescue in Texas for opening up a place for Rex. We took him there last Friday and learned this morning that he is adapting to his new surroundings. They have the possibility of a foster in New York which may or not be his forever home. If anyone here feels you may be his forever home please feel to reach out to us and we will get in touch with Peppy Pets or you may contact them directly.
